Cancellation Policy – 24 Hours Notice Required
To respect the time of all clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
Late Arrival Policy – 15 Minute Grace Period
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting scheduled appointments. A $50 late fee will apply for arrivals later than 15 minutes.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost.
